Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

Contributors must provide accurate information, maintain secure credentials and use only their own account. Account approval is discretionary and may depend on profile review, qualifications, project requirements and legal eligibility.

2. Confidentiality

Project data, client information, guidelines, datasets and task content may be confidential. Contributors must not copy, disclose, publish or reuse confidential material outside authorized project work.

3. Project requirements and quality

Contributors must follow applicable guidelines, complete work personally, meet quality standards and avoid manipulation, automation or unauthorized tools where prohibited. WeMod may review submissions and calculate quality scores.

4. Compensation

Rates and payment units are shown per project. Earnings become payable only after relevant work is approved and any applicable invoice or payment workflow is completed. No payout is initiated automatically from the user wallet.

5. Suspension and termination

WeMod may warn, suspend or terminate accounts for security issues, policy violations, fraud, confidentiality breaches, repeated quality failures or other material violations, subject to applicable law and contract terms.

6. Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of project outputs are governed by the applicable project terms and client agreements. Contributors must not submit material they are not authorized to use.

7. Platform availability

WeMod may modify, suspend or discontinue features for security, maintenance, legal or operational reasons. Availability of projects is not guaranteed.

8. Governing terms

The final governing law, jurisdiction, company identity and contributor-specific contractual terms must be completed and reviewed by WeMod’s legal advisor before launch.
